It's one of the most frustrating things in the world. You put your heart, soul, blood, sweat, tears, and anything else you have left into something. You put yourself into a space of believing that it will come into fruition. You maintain a positive mindset and continue to work really hard at making it happen, and yet you are stuck. What do you do when nothing you do seems to be working?
One of the key concepts Abraham-Hicks teaches is that you don't have to force anything to happen. We each have our own fast-moving, vibrational stream that is carrying us to all the desires we have ever asked for- consciously or unconsciously. This stream is always flowing and always available. It's in this stream that find our flow.
When you feel stuck, all that it means is somehow you stopped going with the flow and are, instead, pointed 'upstream.' When this happens, let go. Let go of trying too hard to make something happen. Let go of of trying to figure it out- overthinking never solved anything. Let go of any rigid ideas of how or when you think something should happen. When you can simply let go and relax you will get back in your flow. You will release the 'stuck-ness' and everything will become effortless.
If you feel stuck right now, here are some phrases that may help:
"I'm in the process of manifesting my desire,"
"All things come in good time,"
"I am so lucky that so many of my other desires have manifested, there's no reason to fret about this one desire,"
"I'm on my way,"
"I am open to my internal guidance and inspiration,"
"When it comes, it will be the most glorious manifestation,"
"I'm excited for this journey to my manifestation, I'm going to enjoy the entire unfolding!"
The more you emotionalize these type of affirmations, the better they work. Try saying them aloud and saying them with feeling.
I know that it seems paradoxical. "You're telling me I have to let go of something in order to get it?" Yes, actually, that's exactly what I'm telling you. If you can embrace the idea that you really do have a vibrational stream, then flowing with it makes sense. Why would you ever struggle to go downstream? More importantly, if you everything you want is downstream, why would you ever try to go to upstream? I think we as a collective have to start getting used to the idea that life is meant to be much easier then we're letting it be. But don't just take my word for it, give it a try for a week and let me know how it goes. ;)
